- How do I Place an Order?
You can place an order using a Guest Login or a User Login. Search for the product you want to purchase, using either the search box or the list of categories. If the product you want is in stock, click "Add to Cart" to add them to your shopping cart. If the product is "Not in Stock", click the "Enquire" button and send us an enquiry and we will get back to you at the earliest. If you would like more than one unit, be sure the change the quantity before adding to your cart.
;Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the "Checkout" button. Select the address you wish to ship to, along with with the shipping method you want to use (please see our Shipping Policy page for more information). In the second column on this page, select the Payment Method you would like to use. Please note that the billing address you select here must match what is on file with your bank if you are using a credit card.
Once you have all the shipping and payment information entered and you have read the "Terms of Service and Shipping Policy", you can make the make the payment. Once order is placed, you will not be able to Modify or Cancel the order directly on the website. You will need to send an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and request for modification or cancellation
- How do I change the quantities of products in my cart?
If you have added an item to your shopping cart, and you want to buy 6 of them instead of 1, enter the quantity you want to purchase in the quantity box and it will automatically get updated

We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or NEFT/wire transfer. We do not accept COD orders currently. See our Payment Policy page for more info.
Once the product has shipped out of our place, we will not be able to Return the product. Only before "Dispatch" you will be able to "Cancel" the order by sending an email to "email@example.com
Refund takes anywhere between 2-14 Working days after an item has been "Cancelled". The money will be refunded to the source account

Shipping cost will vary based on weight of the product and the shipping location. An automatic calculator will provide the estimated shipping cost once the Pincode is entered. For large or custom orders shipping rates will be calculated separately for each order
